
Stacy Gende is a partner of Legacy Investment Services, Inc. and a Registered Representative with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc., based in Crystal Lake.
Stacy began preparing for her future in Finance over 20 years ago while completing a double major in Economics and Finance from Northern Illinois University. She immediately began her career as a Retirement Planning Consultant with John Hancock Financial Services. In 1995, she opened the doors to her own Financial Consulting firm, affiliated with ING, and eventually became part of the Woodbury Financial Services team in 2001.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Stacy has also received retirement and tax strategy experience while doing tax preparation and consulting work with a CPA firm based in Skokie for five years. She also served as a financial analyst for Baxter Internationals’ Health, Welfare and Pension plans. Stacy is a current candidate for the Certified Financial Planner designation state board exam. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Million Dollar Round Table, The Hartford’s Captains Club, and is a member of the Woodbury Financial Services Eagles Circle. She has been recognized for outstanding service and is licensed in the States of IL, AL, AZ, CA, IN, NC, and WI.
Stacy’s vision for every client and potential client is to ‘Design Your Future’. She uses her extensive experience in the areas of Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Annuities, Long Term Care, and Tax Strategies and Avoidance Strategies to create an individualized retirement and estate map that encompasses her clients unique desires and goals for the future.
PERSONAL
Stacy has been married to her husband Dave for 13 years. They have lived in the McHenry area their entire life and are the proud parents of their two children, Drew (7) and Kelly (4). Stacy and her family enjoy swimming, boating, and jet-skiing on the Chain O’Lakes in the summertime.
